RGMax - both fairly quiet until when about to lift box --> activity increases sharply, peak 25-40%
RGMed - similarly activated but smaller mag `20%
RRF - activity normal
RBF - increasing steadily til midphase then sudden increase; peak just prior to or at lift ~40%
Up Phase
LRA - peaks again ~midphase; all 3 muscles decreasing activity 4.5 - 9%; during break - still increasing
RUES - decreasing together; activated simultaneously, steadily until end of lift
RLES - decreasing together; activated simultaneously, steadily until end of lift
RGMax - both continue to increase after lift; but double hump, decrease steadily to midphase then shuts off, 30-40%
RGMed - same activation as RGMax, 20-25%
RRF - minimal activity
RBF - still increasing during pause, then decreases steadily until end of phase
RLD - similar activation profile as RUES & RLES, peak @ lift ~ 20%, then steadily shuts off ~ midphase

LRA – 8. not active
LEO – 8. not active
LIO – 8. on @ beginning then decreases midphase then increases again, decrease again to lift 4-12%
RUES – 8. both activated together, increase at lift 60%
RLES – 8.peaks @ midphase, then prior to lift, 40%
RG Max – 8.active @ beginning, then decreases by midphase
RGMed – 8. quiet

Up
LRA – 8. increase after lift, peak 6-9%; decreasing by midphase to end
LEO – 8. 5% activity after lift, decrease by midphase
LIO – 8. decreasing to nothing by midphase
RUES – 8. both similar activation profiles; peaks on way up (just after lifting box), 45/85/180, then decreases til end
RLES – 8. peaks at same point as RUES, turns off by midphase, higher activation
RGMax – 8. increasing, peak @ midphase, then decreasing to end, 25%
RGMed – 8. similar activation, smaller mag, ~15%
RRF - 8. no activity
RBF - 8. increasing until torso almost --> neutral, peak @ midphase just prior to torso --> neutral~18% then turns off
RLD - 8. similar activation profile as RUES & RLES, off by midphase, 20%
Stoop Lift Right Foot
LRA - 8. all increasing til lift,3.5 to 5%
LIO - 8. all increasing til lift, 4%
LEO - 8. all increasing til lift
RUES - 40%, increases during 1st half of phase then decreases & increases agin
RLES - 100% spikes just prior to lift then decreases sharply then increas again until box actually lifted - similar activation - RUES more activated; RLES more activated more trials 2 & 3
RLD - activated, increasing by midphase
